• The user must register for the course through the website by filling out the form for this purpose on the corresponding registration page.
• Full payment for the course is necessary to reserve your place.
• Payments can be made through our virtual POS using debit/credit cards, or by bank deposit/transfer into the account(s) indicated for this purpose (this transfer option is only provided for some courses).
In some courses, payment for courses is planned through bank transfer, which is expressly indicated in the courses and programs in which it is provided. In this case, registration must be done by sending an email

• Once you have received confirmation of receipt of your request by REVIOPHARMA, the user must make the payment and send via email to or proof thereof.
• The user will not be formally registered until he or she has registered and paid for the course. Once this is done, your registration will be confirmed.
Return Policy
The user has the right to a refund of the registration fee under the following terms and conditions:
• Cancellations must be reported in writing, by sending an email to Cancellations reported by any other means are not accepted. This email must contain all the registration data, including: Course name, student’s first and last name, registration date and contact information.
The return rates are as follows:
• For cancellations received 15 calendar days prior to the start of the course and provided that the course has not been accessed, 80% of the amount paid at the time of cancellation will be refunded. After this period no refund will be made.
• Cancellations less than 15 calendar days in advance will not give the right to any refund.
• Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days after the cancellation request, through the same means by which the payment was made.
• In the event of cancellation of the course by the student, once it has started, no amount will be refunded as cancellation unless the student alleges a major cause.
• In the event that payment in installments has been foreseen, the student will be obliged to pay the entire registration fee in the event of cancellation after the deadline, withdrawal or abandonment after the maximum period for cancellation, whatever the cause. , except in cases of legally recognized force majeure.

Replacement policy:

If the registered person cannot participate in the course, another person may be substituted or another alternative date offered if there is one. In the case of opting for substitution, the person who will attend to replace the person initially registered must meet the requirements established for the course and request the change to at least 2 days in advance.
Cancellation policy by REVIOPHARMA:
• REVIOPHARMA reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course if there are not enough people registered, or if the trainers, for justified reasons, cannot attend. In these cases, payments received for registrations will be fully refunded without the express possibility of any other type of compensation.
• In the event that the course is canceled or that the modification of the date means that those enrolled cannot attend, REVIOPHARMA will exclusively refund the registration fees, without having to pay other expenses or additional amounts in the course. that, if applicable, that those registered could have incurred.

In some cases it will be necessary to communicate the list of attendees to the centers where the training is given or to the teachers. The purpose is to properly manage attendance and will not be used for other purposes.
